Our goal is to help you create the proper fitness environment that positions you for success in reaching your goals. Our fitness system focuses on all aspects of a person’s being, mind, body, and soul, with most attention spent on fitness and nutrition. If you desire to reach success in your fitness goals and maintain longevity in your quest, then fitness must become part of your life, not just something added.  

We begin with a “getting to know you” questionnaire that allows us to get to know and understand our client’s background and daily routine. Next, we proceed with a health and medical questionnaire that includes a health and medical screening and history survey. Then, we learn more about our client through discussing their daily routines, nutritional habits, hobbies, activities, and likes and dislikes of past and present fitness programs. Finally, we use this information in helping you develop goals, SMART goals, that will create a fitness environment that promotes success, and encourages you to reach your goals and full potential.


All fitness plans include: Medical questionnaire that includes a health and medical screening and history survey; goal setting instruction; flexibility training, aerobics, calisthenics, resistance training, nutritional information and tips, text messaging for questions and encouragement, and an enthusiastic personality that makes fitness fun. 

Description of Product/Services/Prices:

Prices below are for one person and based on traveling to your house, job, a designated park, or place. Add a spouse or friend for $150.00 per every four weeks. Maximum of two people training together at a time. Must meet at the same place and same time (hour) every week.  


Choose one:

  • 4 Weeks of Training: 2 one-hour sessions per week. (Total of 8 one-hour sessions)
  • Price: $425.00 (Reduced: was $500.00) (All sessions must be completed within the four week period from the start date. No cancellations, postponements, or extensions.)  


Choose one:

  • 8 Weeks of Training: 2 one-hour sessions per week. (Total of 16 one-hour sessions) 
  • Price: $800.00; Two payments of $400.00. Payment every 4 weeks.(All sessions must be completed within the eight week period from the start date. No cancellations, postponements, or extensions.)                                                           

Choose one:

  • 12 Weeks of Training: 2 one-hour sessions per week. (Total of 24 one-hour sessions)
  • Price: $1,125.00 Three payments of 375.00. Payment every 4 weeks. (All sessions must be completed within the twelve week period from the start date. No cancellations, postponements, or extensions.)                                                           

    
Choose one:

  • 16 Weeks of Training: 2 one-hour sessions per week. (Total of 32 one-hour sessions) 
  • Price:  $1,400.00 Four payments of 350.00. Payment every 4 weeks. (All sessions must be completed within the sixteen week period from the start date. No cancellations, postponements, or extensions.)                                                           


Choose one:

  • 20 Weeks of Training: 2 one-hour sessions per week. (Total of 40 one-hour sessions)
  • Price; $1,625.00 Five payments of $325.00. Payment every 4 weeks. (All sessions must be completed within the twenty week period from the start date. No cancellations, postponements, or extensions.)                                                           



Note: If you suffer from any chronic medical disorder (diabetes, high-cholesterol, high blood pressure, obesity, arthritis, etc. then you must obtain a written document of consent (Release) signed by your doctor to begin. If you suffer from any type of heart disease or have suffered a heart attack or stroke, we are not permitted to train you.   


One - Half-Hour Consultation – includes Preliminary Health and Medical Questionnaire – No Charge

After free consultation, pay first 4 week session of training at the beginning of the first session. The client will enter into an agreement with No More Excuses - get fit, LLC. The client will be charged at the beginning of each 4 week period of training sessions until sessions are completed.

The Program/System: Two to Three - sessions per week until the system is finished. (Monday through Friday). Choose a half-hour or one-hour Session (block of time) between 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Choose a time/schedule that will be the same for all days, Monday through Friday. Example for a fitness program of three sessions of half-hour training per week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9:00 to 9:30 AM.  

Steve travels to the client's home, job, or specified park/place to train clients. (Must be within 15-mile radius)  


Prioritize your health/fitness: Choose a time (half-hour or one-hour block), then reschedule all other appointments and responsibilities, work schedule, etc., around your fitness (exercise EVENT) time. If you are serious about obtaining a new life, then you must begin to change how you think and understand fitness and nutrition. Therefore, reprioritize your life, and make fitness part of your life, not just something added!   


Note: No cancellations or postponing of sessions permitted - Training must be completed within the prescribed time frame shown above.  For example: 4 weeks of training must be completed within four weeks of the start date.
