Description of Product/Services/Prices For Personal Training : In Person and Via Internet Live

 

Prices below are for one person and based on traveling to your house, job, a designated park, or place. Add a spouse or friend for $150.00 per every four weeks and purchase of SweatBox. Maximum of two people training together at a time. Must meet at the same place and same time (hour) every week.

4 Weeks of Training: First week is Free with purchase of SWEATBOX

Purchase SWEATBOX  $299.00  - first week - 2 sessions each for 50 minutes – no charge. 

Remainder 3 Weeks of Training:  (2) 50 minute- sessions per week. (Total of 6 sessions within a three week period)

Price: $570.00 (All sessions must be completed within the four week period from the start date. No cancellations, postponements, extensions, or excuses accepted. Once the day and time has been established, , there is no changing – must be committed and put your health and fitness first before anything else – No Excuses! 

 

8 Weeks of Training: First week is Free with purchase of SWEATBOX

Purchase SWEATBOX  $299.00  - first week - 2 sessions each for 50 minutes – no charge. 

Remainder 7 Weeks of Training:  (2) 50 minute- sessions per week which is (8) 50 minute- sessions per every four weeks (Total of 14 sessions within a seven week period)  

Price: $1120.00 – Two payments of $560.00 every four weeks. 8 sessions of training must be completed within each four week period from the start date. No cancellations, postponements, extensions, or excuses accepted. Once the day and time has been established, there is no changing – must be committed and put your health and fitness first before anything else – No Excuses! 

12 Weeks of Training: First week is Free with purchase of SWEATBOX

Purchase SWEATBOX  $299.00  - first week - 2 sessions each for 50 minutes – no charge. 

Remainder 11 Weeks of Training:  (2) 50 minute- sessions per week which is (8) 50 minute- sessions per every four weeks (Total of 22 sessions within an eleven week period)

Price: $1,540.00 – Three payments of 513.33 every four weeks.  (All sessions must be completed within each four week period from the start date. No cancellations, postponements, extensions, or excuses accepted. Once the day and time has been  established there is no changing – must be committed and put your health and fitness first before anything else – No Excuses! 

16 Weeks of Training: First week is Free with purchase of SWEATBOX

Purchase SWEATBOX  $299.00  - first week - 2 sessions each for 50 minutes – no charge. 

Remainder 15 Weeks of Training:  (2) 50 minute- sessions per week which is (8) 50 minute- sessions per every four weeks (Total of 30 sessions within a fifteen week period)

Price: $1,800.00  – Four payments of 450.00 every four weeks.  (All sessions must be completed within each four week period from the start date. No cancellations, postponements, extensions, or excuses accepted. Once the day and time has been established there is no changing – must be committed and put your health and fitness first before anything else – No Excuses! 

20 Weeks of Training: First week is Free with purchase of SWEATBOX

Purchase SWEATBOX  $299.00  - first week - 2 sessions each for 50 minutes – no charge. 

Remainder 19 Weeks of Training:  (2) 50 minute- sessions per week which is (8) 50 minute- sessions per every four weeks (Total of 38 sessions within a nineteen week period)

Price: $1,900.00  – Four payments of 380.00 every four weeks.  (All sessions must be completed within each four week period from the start date. No cancellations, postponements, extensions, or excuses accepted. Once the day and time has been established there is no changing – must be committed and put your health and fitness first before anything else – No Excuses! 

 

Note: If you suffer from any chronic medical disorder (diabetes, high-cholesterol, high blood pressure, obesity, arthritis, etc. then you must obtain a written document of consent (Release) signed by your doctor to begin. If you suffer from any type of heart disease or have suffered a heart attack or stroke, we are not permitted to train you.  

 

One Hour Consultation – includes Preliminary Health and Medical Questionnaire – No Charge

 

After free consultation, purchase SWEATBOX and pay first 4 week session of training at the beginning of the first session. The client will enter into an agreement with SweatBotics LLC/No More Excuses – get fit! The client will be charged at the beginning of every 4 week period of training sessions until sessions are completed. If payment is not received before beginning the next 4 week training session, sessions will be voided and client will pay the remainder of the contract period plus late fees.

The Program/System: Two sessions per week until the selected fitness program is finished. (Monday through Friday). Choose a one-hour (block of time) between 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Choose a time/schedule that will be the same for all days, Monday through Friday. Example for a fitness program of two sessions of 50 minutes training per week: Monday and Wednesday 8:00 to 9:00 AM. 

Steve travels to the client's home, job, or specified park/place to train clients. (Must be within 20-mile radius. If further additional charges will be added. 

 

Prioritize your health/fitness: Choose a time (one-hour block), then reschedule all other appointments and responsibilities, work schedule, etc., around your fitness (exercise EVENT) time. If you are serious about obtaining a new life, then you must begin to change how you think and understand fitness and nutrition. Therefore, reprioritize your life, and make fitness part of your life, not just something added!  Cancellations, changes, and excuses will not be accepted. If you cancel for any reason, you will lose the session. No Makeups allowed!  From experience the clients who are committed are the ones who see and have the best results. We have been training clients for a long time and know what works. Holding clients accountable and accepting No Excuses, is part of the training you are purchasing.  

 

Note: No cancellations or postponing of sessions permitted - Training must be completed within the prescribed time frame shown above.  For example: 4 weeks of training must be completed within four weeks of the start date.
